                 I Mathew Hinson of the State and County
aforesaid aforementioned being now sound in mind but
feble in health and knowing that it is appointed unto
all men to die and after death Judgement make
this my last Will and Testament in the name of
God Amen. To my bloved wife Mary Ann
Hinson I Give Grant and bequeath to her for her
own personal yuse and for care Forty acres of land
upon which my Orange Grove and house & house
is Situated With all the improvements thereon
known and described in the map of Survey to
wit as follows the South East 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section (23) Township (10) Range (22) East
Containing in all Fourty (40) acres 4 more or less
together with Ten (10) acres more or less on the
Same Section Township and Range but on the
South West 1/4 of the north East 1/4 of Said Section
to wit five acres on the South West 1/4 and five
acres on the North East 1/4 South West 1/4 as she
may elect to take with the full knowledge and under
-standing that my Said wife Mary Ann Hinson 
Shall execute a Warantee deed in Warantee Writing
to hereinafter named heirs relinquishing all her
right to dower as legatee to my Said estate in the
event the purposes named Signing Sealing and
delivering of said instrument for the purposes named
My executors hereinafter to be appointed Will make
a deed to the land here bequeathed to my beloved
Wife Mary Ann Hinson. I also Give and bequeath
    Great
to my^Grand Children the Children of my Grand
Daughter Amah C. Hsll and the lawful Children
of Pleasents Hall Said Sum of one hundred dollars
to be paid in Trust to W.W. Johnson to be used
by him for the use and benefit of my Said
Great Grand Children Named above the balence
of my real estate twenty one hundred and Sixty
acres Shall be the property of my son Allen
                              nominate and
W. Hinson. Without Recison I hereby^appoint my
Wife Mary Ann Hinson and My Son Allen W.
Hinson Executor and Executrix of my last Will and
Testament With full power to cary out its provisions
according to its intent and purpose Witness my hand
