In the name of God Amen
          I John B. Smith of Alachua County, and
State of Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory
do make this as my Will and Testament hereby revoking
and annuling all other Wills and testaments or codicils
     First;  I hereby give and bequeath to my four sisters after
my decease Mary Boston, Janey Love, Laura Tyson & Nancy Smith
to have and to hold for themselves, their children, Forty Eight head
of Stock cattle out of my stock that are Known as my cattle
& stock; the said forty-Eight head of stock cattle to be equally
divided among my said sisters Mary Boston, Janey Love,
Laura Tyson and Nancy Smith, for the use and benefit
of themselves and their children
Second;  It is my will that my brother James R. Smith Shall
meek to each of my half brothers Samuel S. Smith, and Brock*** P.
Smith, one cow and calf, each in Whatever mark they may have
3d  And I further will, and bequeath to my brother James
R. Smith, the remainder of my property Whatever it may
be, both personal & real Estate after all my Just debts have
been paid by him, Together with all the improvements thereto
belonging, for himself, his use benefit & enjoyment, and the
Said Lands lying and being in the County of Alachua, & state
of Florida Towit;  the East half of the North West quarter of
Section (9) (80 acres) the N.E 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 of Section (9) forty
(40) acres, The E 1/2 of N W 1/4 of Section nine (9) (20) Twenty
acres. The E 1/2 of S.W. 1/4 of N W 1/4 of Section (9) nine (20) 
Twenty acres, altogether one hundred & Sixty acres, to hold and to
have the Same to his use benefit and enjoyment forever.
     In Witness Whereof I hereunto Subscribe my name and affix
my Seal, this the (26) Twenty Sixth day of March A.D. 1879

Alachua County        a Justice of the Peace, in and for Said
County & State, J.L.F. Callsell Jr. Who being duly testified that
the within Will of John B. Smith was signed by said Smith
in his presence and in the presence of G.M. Fletcher & W.L.
Randall subscribing Witnesses thereto on the 20th day of March
A.D. 1879
