The last will and Testament of George Mitchell
having been proved by the affidavit of James
Gainy the executor named Therein It is
therefore ordered that the said will be admitted
to Record and declared to be the true and last
Will and Testament of Said deceased Done and
ordered this July 7th 1890

The last Will and Testament of George Mitchell
In the Mane of Almighty God Amen George
Mitchell of Alachua County Florida being in
Sound mind and a reasonable degree of health Do
on this 11th day of February AD 1890 make this my
last Will and Testimony 1st after all of my
just debts has been paid and my body committed
to the Grave I for the love and affection which I
have and do bear to my wife and children do
Give first to my wife a House and full possession
of all lands and personal property during her
Natural life after which event I do Give and
bequeath to my Daughter Nancy Bryant sixteen
acres (16) of land and to my Daughter Martha
Gainy (12) twelve acres of land and to my
younges Daughter Irene Gainey My house and
every appurtenance and all the balance of the
Seventy Eight acres of land Conveyed to me by a
land Grant from the U.S. to George James (thirteenth
day of August 1875) also of my personal property one
dark Black mare, and I do by this last will and
Testament Make James Gainy the Husband of
My Daughter Irene Executor and I command
him Execute this my last will Just as I herewith
