Know all whoom it may concern That I Nancy C. Polk
in the County of Alachua State of Florida being
of Sound mind and memory and considering the
uncertainty of this frail and Transitory life do
therefore make ordain and Publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testiment that is to Say
