as a Probate Court in and for Said County Henry F.C.
Crawford of Alachua County Florida respectfully
Showeth unto your Honor that H.J. Crane Who last
dwelt in Alachua County Florida died on the 1st
day of April AD 1889 at and in the said Alachua
County Florida possesed of Goods and estate remain-
-ing to be administered leaving as her only heirs
at law K.E. Sterns and Mary L. Ackerly Who each
reside in the City of Brooklyn in the State of
New York. That Said deceased left a last Will
and Testament Which is here with presented wherein
your Petitioner is named as executor Wherefore
your Petitioner prays that said Will may be
proved and allowed and letters Testamentary
Granted to him  This 11th day of December
