I Amanda E. Dunn of Windsor in the County of Alachua
State of Florida being of Sound and disposing mind and
memory do make publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former
                    heretofore
Will by me at any time^made and as to the my
Worldly estate and all the property real personal and
Mixed of Which I shall die Seized and possesed of or to
Which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease
I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the maner
following to wit I Give and devise to my beloved
Husband Columbus DurnDunn all that tract of
Land known as lots No thirteen (13) and Fourteen
(14) Containing 4 78/100 acres lot 13 fronting King
Street South and West of 4th street East
lot (14) fronting Washington Street North and
West of 4th Street East and a lot Containing
five acres in the SE Corner of lot No five (5)
fronting and Lying on the north of Washing
ton of Street and West of 4th St East according
to Survey of W.W. Bailey in the town of Wind-
-sor together with all the hereditaments and
appertenances therewith belonging as in any
wise appertaining to have and to hold the premices
alone above described to the Columbus Dunn
his heirs and assigns forever I Give and bequeath
all the rest residue and remainder of my personal
personal property of what kind soever to my
Husband Columbus Dunn the sole executor
of this will making revoking all former
Wills by me made In witness Whereof I
Amanda E. Dunn have to this my last will &
Testament subscribed my name and affixed
my seal this 24th day September in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty Six (1886)
