Said two Children 2nd and It is further my will and
          my most Earnest desire after the most careful and
          Earnst Considderation that after my deceas Thomas
          W. Dawkins and Edward Martin of Gainesville
          Florida Samuel W. Duncan of St Augustine Florida
          Shall be and shall act as Trustees and if Necessary
          Shall be appointed by order of Court as the Trustees
          for the properties Real and personal of my said
          two children that they now own in their own
          right or that I as Trustee now hold for them or
          which may hereafter acquire as ****** as my Trust
          and Confidence in their fidelity and in the
          interest that for my Sake they will always take
          in the welfare of my said two children
          and as such Trustees it is my Earnest wish
          that they shall leave the subject to the dicta-
                                                    manage
          -tion of a majority of said Trustees to manage
          and controll the properties of my said Two
          Children for the best interest of said children
          untill they Shall arrive at the age of twenty one
          years respectively and in the Event it shall
          become necessary in the Judgement of
          the majority of Said Trustees at any time to 
          sell or dispose of any part of the properties of
          Said children for their maintenance or
         or
Education^Support then I earnestly desire that the appla
                                                  so
          application to the Court for authority to^sell
          or dispose of the same shall be made by and
          Shall be dictated by a majority of the said
          Trustees herein named 3rd after long
  Careful Earnest and most careful mature reflection
          and consideration from every stand point
          Earnestly cherished* Wish Will and desire that
          Samuel W. Duncan of St Augustine Florida 
                      he
          shall be and^is hereby appointed the Guardian
          for the persons of my said two Children
          Esther H. Martin and Daniel C. Martin
          Jr untill they shall arrive at the age of
          Twenty one years respectfully respectively
          and as said Guardian I will disclose and
          desire that he shall have have the exclusive
          Custody possession and controll of my
          said Two Children untill they shall
          Each of them arrive at the age of Twenty one
