      Will of John H. Stokes

State of Florida }
Alachua County   }
                 In the Name of God Amen
I John H. Stokes of the town of Micanopy
in the County and State aforesaid
being of sound mind and memory
an Considering the uncertainty of life
do hereby make ordain Publish and declare
this to be my last will and Testament
that is to say first after all my
lawful debts are paid and discharged
and the Expenses of my funeral shal
have been paid the residue of my
Estate I Give and bequeath and dispose
of as follows To wit to my beloved
Wife Mary Elen Stokes all of the
proceeds proceeds of what is known
as the West half of Lot 21 of Living-
stons addition to the town of Micanopy
also the proceeds from the Grove I own
in section (36) Township Eleven S of
Range Twenty for and during her
Natural f life also the fruit from the
East half of lot (20) Livingstons addition
to the town of Micanopy for the period
of four years at the Expiration of Said
four years Said lot (20) or the East part
Running from what is known as the
McElvaine lot west to a Live Oak tree
by fence to be the property of W.E. Stokes
and at the death of my wife Mary Elen
Stokes the House place and all of my
property situated in Section (36) as
aforesaid Shall become the property of
my bloved sons, Henry R. Stokes and
James L. Stokes jointly with all of my
personal Estate I do hereby make
Constitute and appoint my sons
Henry R. Stokes and James L. Stokes
to be my Executors of this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all other
former wills by me made in witness Whereof I
