To the Honorable J.C. Gardner County Judge
within and for Alachua County Florida Siting
acting and Exersising the Jurisdiction of Probate
Court
The Petition of John H. Blake and H.H. McKay
residents and citizens of Alachua County Florida
respectfully show unto your Honor that on the 3rd day
of November AD 1893 the late Joseph B. Blake a
residend of Alachua County Florida departed
                        said
this life at his house in^ Alachua County in
the State of Florida  Where he last resided as
his home leaving a last will and Testament in
due form of Law that said decedent at his
death was a widower and died without Issue
that said deceased left Real and personal property
of which he was seized are posesed situated in said
Alachua County Florida and your petitioner
herewith present to the Court the said last
Will and Testament of the said deceased Wherein your
Petitioners are named nominated and appointed as
Executors wherefor your petitioners pray that said
will may be proved probated and allowed and
In Conformity thereto and your petitioners
will Ever pray &C this Nov 10th 1893
