                Will of Joseph B. Blake
I Joseph B. Blake of Alachua County State of Florida
being of Sound and disposing mind memory and
discretion mindful of the uncertainty of human life
and desiring to settle my worldly affairs While I have
Strength and capacity to do so do hereby make
publish and declare this to be my last will and
Testament First I give devise and bequeath
to my beloved Nephew John H. Blake Son of my Brother
Dempsy and a resident of Alachua County Florida
that certain lot or tract of land situated lying
and being in Alachua County Florida and described
as follows to wit Twenty (20) acres of land lying 
and being a part of Section Thirty six (36) in
Township Eleven (11) south of Range Twenty one (21)
East the Same to lie East and west of the twenty (20)
acres formerly deeded to the said John H. Blake
in the same section Township and Range
second I Give devise and bequeath to my beloved
Niece Margaret M. McKay wife of Henry H. McKay and
daughter of Dempsy Blake and to her children
Share and Share alike should she decease before this
Instrument takes effect all the rest and Residue of the
land owned by me in said section Thirty six (36)
in Town ship Eleven (11) south of Range Twenty one
(21) East in Alachua County Florida not formerly
or herein bequeathed and devised also all of my
household furniture all Jewelry Horses and cattle
Thirdly I Give Devise and bequeath to my Nephew
               son of my Brother Dempsy Blake
George W. Blake^all of my undivided Half Interest in
the four Hundred (400) acres of land situated lying
and being in Alachua County Florida and
lying and being a part of section four (4)
       Ten
Township^(10) South of Rang Twenty one (21) East Fourth
I Give devise and bequesth unto my Grand Neice Annie
