McKay my lot and dweling house Situated in
               the town of Rochelle in Alachua County Florida and
               also my Piano Fifth I Give devise and Bequeath
               unto my Nephew Joseph B. Blake McKay my store House
               and lot situated in the town of Rochelle in
               Alachua County Florida Sixth I Give and
               Devise and Bequeath unto my Niece Margarett N.
               McKay the Notes and Mortgages Given to me by
               W.M. Evans for land sold him in Said Section
               Thirty Six (36) TP Tp (11) S of R (21) E in Alachua
               County Florida and the sum of Five Hundred
        (500)  Dollars the said money to be held and used by
               her in trust for the Education of her Children
               and for No other purpose Seventh it is my
               Will and desire that my Executors hereinafter
               named shall sell and dispose of all the rest
                     and remainder all
               residue^of my property Real personal and mixed
               which I may own at my decease or at may be entitled
               to wherever situated and out of the proceeds arising
               from the sale of said property that they do pay what
               Debts I may owe at my Decease and to Erest a
               monument or Tombstone on the Graves of my
               wife and myself at the cost of about one Thousand
      ($1000)  Dollars and that Said Executors do pay the
               following legacies which are bequeathed to
               the several parties to wit= That they do pay
               to Sarah E. McCradie Wife of Thomas McCradie
               one Thousand (10000) Dollars that they do pay
               to the M.E. Church South or to the properly author=
               -ities thereof one Thousand (10000 Dollars for
               the purpose of Erecting a Church Building
               at my Island Grove place in Alachua
                                              King
               County Florida to Mrs Elizabeth^Wife of Peter
               King five Hundred (500) Dollars to my Nephew
               J.J. Blake Son of my Brother Dempsey five Hundred
               (500) Dollars to and to my Nephew John H. Blake
               the sum of five Hundred (500) Dollars in
               trust the same to be used by him Exclusively
               for the Education of his children and
               my Executors to be hereinafter named to
               pay the balance of the proceeds arrising
               from the sale of the said property among
               my lawful heirs Share Share alike Eighth
               I herein and hereby, revoke all former wills
