be my last Will and Testament in manner following
to wit I Give devise and bequeath all my Property

to my bloved Husband Louis A. Barnes if he be Then
living to be his and his Heirs absolutely and forever
without appraisment or inventory and I hereby appoint
Louis A. Barnes My Said husband Sole Executor and
I direct that he The said Louis H. Barnes Shall not be
Required to make or file any Bond as Executor and
Revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I
have hereunto Subscribed my Name With my own Hand
