                 Order Probating Will
This cause came on to be heard and the foregoing
will having been proven as provided by law and
the Court being advised in the premises thereupon
upon consideration hereof it is Ordered and adju-
-dged that the foregoing will be and is hereby
approved and allowed and admitted to probate
as provided by law in such cases It is further
ordered That Louis A. Barnes be appointed as
executor od Said Will upon Taking the oath
and qualifying as provided by the Statute
in such cases made are provided done and
