                   The petition of John E. Thrasher
a Citizen & Resident of of Alachua County
Florida by his attorney B.A. Thrasher respectfully
show unto your Honor That on the 24th day of
April 1894 Martha A. Thrasher departed this
Life in the Town of Micanopy and
in the County of Alachua and state of
Florida Where she Last resided as her home leaving
a last Will & Testament in due form of Law
that said decedant at the time of her death
Left certain real estate and personal property
situated Alachua County State of Florida
and your petitioner herewith presents to the
Court the said last will and Testament of
said deceased Wherefore your petitioner prays
that said will may be admitted to proof &
Probate and that Letters Testamentary may be Granted as
provided by said will and your petitioner
will Ever pray

Alachua County   } before me B.A. Thrasher
who being duly sworn says that he is
in no way interested in said will and
that he is and was familiar with the hand
writing of Mrs. Martha A. Thrasher whose will
is now offered for Probate and that he verily
believes that the writing exhibited as the
last will and testament of said Martha A.
Thrasher is the last will and Testament of
Martha A. Thrasher deceased
