State of           } Know all men by these
County of          } Presents that I Martha A.
                   } Thrasher of Said State and
                    County Now make declare
and publish this my last will and Testament
hereby revoking all other wills by me made
first I will and direct that all my just debts be
paid including expences of Physician drugs &
Nurse in my last illness & funeral expences &
also direct that such money as may be advanced 
either by one or more of my children in the defence of
the law suit with John J. Barr in Alachua County
Florida Shall be refunded before there is any division
or payment of Legacies after the above and
foregoing shall have been paid and discharged
this I will and direct that John E. Thrasher and
Annie Lee McKinzie my Daughter now
residing in Atlanta Ga Shall first receive the
Sum of Two hundred & fifty Dollars Each &
then the balance of my Estate real and
personal and including a policy of life in-
-surance on the life of A.M. Thrasher
Sanford Florida in the Sum of Two thousand
Dollars Penn Mutual Life insurance Company
of Philadelphia shall be Equally divided
among all my four children viz Emma K.
Bridges Mattie J. Knox John E. Thrasher and
Annie Lee McKinzie Share & share alike
I nominate Constitute & appoint John E. Thrasher
the Executor of this my will in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed

in our presence by Martha A. Thrasher
and she declared the same to be he last Will
and at his request we signed the same as
witnesses in his presence and in the
presence of Each other the day and year above written
