  {{         }}  I Samuel H. Folsom Register of the Probate Court for said
                 County of Middlesex having by law the custody of the seal
                 and all records, books documents and papers of or apper
                 taining to said Court hereby certify the papers herewith
                 annexed to be true copies of papers appertaining to said
                 Court and on file and on record in the office of said Court
                 to wit: the will and decree of probate of will in the case
                 of William M. Rumery late Newton in said county decea-
                 sed        In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
                 hand and the seal of said Court this nineteenth day of July
                 in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and ninety five

                 I Charles J. McIntire Esquire Judge of the Probate Court
                 within and for said County hereby certify Samuel H. Folsom
                 whose signature is affixed to the above certificate is the Reg-
                 ister and proper certifying officer of said Court and has
                 by law the custody of the seal and all the records, books,
                 documents and papers of or appertaining to said Court
                 and said Certificate is in due form as used in this
                 Commonwealth.  In witness Whereof I have here
                 unto set my hand this nineteenth day of July in
                 the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and ninety

                 Be it Remembered - That I William M. Rumery of
                 Newton in the County of Middlesex, and Common-
                 ealth of Massachusetts being in good health and
                 of a sound disposing mind and memory but consid-
                 ering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of
                 the time thereof do therefore hereby make publish
                 and declare, this to be my last will and testament,
                 in the manner and form following - That is to say
                 First- It is my wish and I hereby direct that all my
                 just debts and personal Expenses to be paid as
                 soon as may be after my decease
