Will of A.H. Johnson decd
I Augustus H. Johnson being a citizen of Alachua County
and State of Florida, make this my last will. I give devise
and bequeath my Estate & property real and personal
as follows; that is to say to my wife Florilla N. Johnson
& my two youngest children Edgar L. Johnson and Lilian A.
Johnson, I give devise & bequeath all that piece or parcel
of land Known as tract commencing on Section twenty three
at the north-west corner of Julius Johnsons tract running
thence to grave yard land mark by fence between A.N.
Johnson and T.A. Johnson, thence running East, on part of
Section twenty three & Section twenty-four, marked by fence
between A.H. Johnson & J.S. Johnson; thence South on said
fence; thence running East on said fence between A.H.
Johnson J.S. Johnson and F. Pa**din to Cyprus Swamp
following the meandering of said Cyprus Swamp to N. East
Corner, of F.N. Johnson's land; thence west to the N.E. Corner
of Julius Johnsons land. The above described land lying
& being in Township Eleven Range twenty one East Alachua
County, & State of Florida. To my older children that
is to say, Robt.E. Johnson William E. Johnson, Thomas A. Johnson
E.J.E. Paulding, James S. Johnson & Julius H. Johnson
I have given to each and all of them portions of my
real Estate and personal property not mentioned in this
will. To my wife Florilla N. Johnson and my two youngest
children that is to say; Edgar Land Lillian A.
Johnson, I give devise and bequeath two-thirds of all
the personal property which I may have at the time of
My death. To my older children Robert E. Willie E.
Thomas A. Ella J.E. James S. and Julius H. Johnson I wish to
give the remaining third of all the personal property which
I may have at the time of my death. I appoint my sons |
