published and declared this instrument as my will at
Morisons's Mills, Alachua County State of Florida on the
twenty-eight day January in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight Hundred and seventy-Eight

The said Augustus H. Johnson, at Morrison's Mills Alachua
County State of Florida on the 28th day of January AD 1878
Signed & sealed this instrument & published and declared
the same as and for his last Will, and we, at his request
and in his presence, and in the presence of each other
have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses

Alachua County        The will of Augustus H. Johnson being 
produced in court for probate by one of the Executors therein 
mentioned who has filed his petition to prove the same and one
of the witnesses to said will R.H. Stringfellow having sub-
scribed his name as witness on said will, now comes into
Court, and being duly sworn deposes that he saw Augustus
H. Johnson sign & publish the within, as his last will and
testament, while of sound & disposing mind; and that he
witnessed the same for him at his request, and in the presence
of each of the other witnesses to the same; and that
the same was executed voluntarily by him on the day
it purports to have been executed
