T. Frazer Thomas, & N. Leonard signed the same as witnesses

    Sims Ann C. Estate of
     This day came Benjamin H. Micou and presents to this
Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the last
Will and testament of said Ann C. Sims decd duly signed &
published by her and attested by B.D. Fry E.E. Boykin
& L.B. Miccou as witnesses thereto, and therewith also presents
to this court his petition in writing under oath praying
that said instrument be admitted to probate and
record as the true last will and testament of decedant
and it appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court, from
the alegations contained in said petition, and from other
good and sufficient evidence, that the said Ann C.
Sims departed this life on the 7th day of May 1878,
living at the time of her death an inhabitant of this
County & State, and that said petitioner Benjamin Mi
coux is named in said Will as sole Executor thereof; It
is therefore ordered, adjudged & deemed by this Court
that said petition be filed, and that the 8th day of June
