        J.T. Guinn & J.R. Cathcart as principals and T.H. Cato and
        J.D.N. Cloud as securities are held and firmly bound unto
        Henry L. Mitchell, Governor of the State of Florida, and his suc-
        cessors in office, in the just and full sum of Nine Thous-
                          true
        and Dollars for the^payment of which we bind ourselves,
        our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, Jointly and
        severally, firmly by these presents. Signed, sealed and delivered
        this 15 day of June, AD 1895
             The Condition of this obligation is such, that if the above

        bounden J.T. Guinn and J.R. Cathcart, Executors of all and sin-
        gular, the goods, chattels, rights and credits of R.L. Cathcart, do
        make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of
        all and singular the said goods, chattels, rights and credits of
        said deceased Which have or shall come to the hands, possession
        or knowledge of them the said J.T. Guinn and J.R. Cathcart or
        unto the hands of any person or persons for them, and the same
        so made do cause to be filed in the Office of the County Judge
        in and for Alachua County, on or before the 20" day of June,
        present, ensuing. And if the above bounden J.T. Guinn and
        J.R. Cathcart, Executors, shall faithfully account for said
        assets, without waste or diversion from their proper admin-
        istration, and pay the same over as the law directs; then this
        Obligation to be void and of no effect = otherwise to remain in
