W.H. Moore      Will

First    I herein order and decree that all my in
         debtedness shall be paid consisting of notes
         outstanding and accounts with my brother J.J.
         Godwin and W.G. Moore and other small acc'ts
Second      I herein order that out of my debts shall
         be paid all of my burial expenses and the
         ballance of my deceased Mothers indebtedness
         shall be paid consisting of $1500 Dr Bill in
         favor of Dr Medlin, also that a tombstone worth
         not less (than) $7500 shall be placed over my
         mothers grave and my mothers
Third       After the above named          /W.H. Moore
         requirements are complied with I further order
         that the ballance due me be equally divided
         among my father, bro's M.F. Moore, W.G.
         Moore and J.J. Godwin and my sister Addie
 25      (Moore) Harrell Provided however before this
         division is made I want my Church to
         have one third of am't left over after paying
         all my indebtedness and expenses provided
         also that my father recieve $2500 in excess of
         a brothers part
Fourth      I do nominate and appoint my brother
         J.J. Godwin to be the Executor of this my Last
         Will and Testament
                  In testimony whereof I have to this
         my Last Will and Testament contained on
         two sheets subscribed my name and set
         my seal this 25" day of February 1895

         and Testament in the presence of us who at
         his request and in his presence and in the
         presence of each other have subscribed our
