being duly sworn deposes and says that he
was present and saw W.H. Moore sign and
15 seal the foregoing paper writing as and for
his Last Will and Testament and that he
together with A.P. Scruggs and F.A. Bell signed
the same as subscribing witnesses in the presence
and at the request of the testator and in the presence
of each other W.C. Johnson

Executors County Judge of said County personally appear-
ed J.J. Godwin who being by me first duly
sworn says that W.H. Moore late of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida died on the
26" day of February AD 1895 leaving his last
Will and Testament and that he the said depo-
nent was named therein as Executor thereof, That
he will faithfully discharge the duties of Executor
15 aforesaid: well and truly perform the said Last
Will and Testament: pay the just debts in which
the said W.H. Moore stood bound, so far as the
assets will extend and the law direct render to
and file in the County Court of said County
of Alachua a just, true and perfect inventory &
account of all and singular the Estate of said
W.H. Moore deceased, and of his administration
thereof when thereunto required J.J. Godwin
