W.H. Moore
The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly admitted to probate and Record in this
Court on the 28" day of February AD 1895 and
it appearing by the said Last Will & Testament
that J.J. Godwin was named therein as executor
thereof and the said J.J. Godwin having prayed
thereon
the Court to grant Letters Testamentary^to him as
as such executor and no objection being made
thereto It is ordered adjudged and decreed
That upon taking the oath prescribed by law
Letters Testamentary as aforesaid under the seal
of this Court, be granted to the said J.J. Godwin
as Executor of said last Will & Testament

Whereas W.H. Moore late of the
County aforesaid, died on the twenty sixth
day of February AD 1895 leaving his Last
15 Will and Testament which having been satis-
factorily proven was on the 28" day of Febru-
ary AD 1895 duly admitted to probate and
record in this Court And as by said Last
Will and Testament appears that J.J.
Godwin having prayed the Court to grant
Letters Testamentary thereon to him as such
Executor and having in due form of law
taken the prescribed Oath and performed all
other acts necessary to his legal qualifi
cation as such Executor
