Will of John J. Beeden
In the name of God amen
I John J. Breeden of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, being of sound mind and memory
but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence
do make and declare this my last Will and Testa-
ment. That is to say
First That my executrix hereinafter to be named
shall provide for my body a decent
State of Florida }
Alachua County }
Upon reading and considering
the foregoing petition and being advised in the
premises and it appearing that the facts set forth
in said petition are true And upon an examination
of the paper writing herewith presents as the Last
Will and Testament of the said John J. Breeden, and
it appearing that the said paper writing is duly and
properly signed and executed, and the proofs thereof
deemed sufficient. It is hereby ordered, considered and
adjudged that the said paper writing be and the same
is hereby allowed, and admitted to record. And it
is further ordered that the relinquishment of right as
Executrix of said Will of Mary M. Earley be received
and allowed and her said right hereby extinguished
that
And^the prayer of the said H.S. Breeden be granted
and Letters of Administration with the Will annexed be
issued unto him authorizing and empowering him to
fully administer all and singular the goods chattels
and credits of said estate in accordance with the terms
and provisions of said Will and the laws of this State
And that he be required to give bond in the sum of
$10000 conditioned as the law directs
Done and ordered this the 13" day of May
