In the matter of the estate of
John J. Breeden To whom it may concern
Whereas John J. Breeden, late of the County of Alachua
State of Florida departed this life on the 5" day of
March AD 1895, leaving an Estate in said County
and State, and the said John J. Breeden Left a Last
Will and Testament divising said estate and naming
your petitioner therein as Executrix of said Last Will and
Testament, and your petitioner living beyond the limits of
the State of Florida and for other reasons desires to be re-
lieved of the duty of Administering upon and setting up
said estate, respectfully hereby relinquishes her right
thereto and requests the County Judge of said County of
Alachua to grant administration to some suitable and
proper person thereon, and your petitioner will ever

Will In the name of God amen
I, John J. Breeden of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida being of sound mind
and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earth-
-ly existence do make and declare this my Last Will
and Testament, That is to say
First - That my Executrix (hereinafter to be named
shall provide for my body a decent burial, suitable to
the wishes of my relatives and friends, and pay all
funeral expenses, together with all my just debts, how-
ever and to whomsoever owing out of the first moneys
that may be, or come into her hands as a part or
parcel of my estate
Item It is my Will and desire that my said
Executrix shall give and pay over to my beloved half
brother Willie Breeden his heirs or assigns the sum
of Five Dollars out of any monies that may remain
in her hands or possession after the payment of ex-
penses and just debts
Item I give to my dearly beloved sister Mary M.
Earley the sum of five dollars to be paid out
