Frederick Lawton, deceased
ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO RECORD.
Upon consideration of the foregoing last Will and Testa-
ment of William Frederick Lawton, of Wyck Hill, in the County
of Gloucester Esquire, and it appearing to the Court that the
foregoing last will and Testament of the said William Freder-
ick Lawton, together with the codicils thereto appended, was
duly probated in the High Court of Justice of England, and
probate thereof was granted and allowed by the High court of
Justice of England, and that the same relate to property in
the State of Florida, and that a copy thereof has been duly
certified to by the Registrar of said court, and the same has
been duly attested and certified to by the Consulate General
of the United States of America, resident in the City of
London, in England, and in accordance with the Laws of England.
Thereupon, it is ordered and adjudged that the said will
and codicils and the probate thereof, be and the same are
hereby admitted to record in this court, and that same be re-
corded in the Records of this Court, and do have the same force
and effect as to the disposition of the property therein and
thereby devised and bequeathed, and situated at and in the
State of Florida, as though the probate of the said last Will
and Testament and codicils had been made and executed in this
State.
