of any money remaining as a part or parcel of my estate
after the payment of all expenses, and just debts
It is my will and desire that my said Executrix shall
give, grant and convey by deed or otherwise the remainder or
remainders of my said estate real and personal, if any, after
the payment of all expenses and just debts and the legacies
above mentioned to my beloved brother Hartwell S. Breeden
his heirs or assigns in and for the consideration and care
and attention that I may receive from him and his wife
during the remaining part of my existence upon this earth
The above Consideration to be that brotherly care and atten=
tion to me in sickness as well as in health necessary
for my support comfort and welfare so far as in his
power and abillity to supply lay
And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my
beloved sister Mary M. Earley my lawful Executrix to
all intents and purposes to execute this my last Will
and Testament according to the true intent and meaning
of the same and every part and clause thereof, hereby
revoking and declaring utterly void all other Wills
and Testaments by me heretofore made
