Oath                               John J. Breeden
          State of Florida }
          Alachua County   }
                             Before me H.G. Mason County Judge
          in and for said County personally appeared H.S.
          Breeden, who being duly sworn deposes and says that
          John J. Breeden late of Alachua County and State of
          Florida died on the 5" day of March AD 1895
          leaving heirs and legal representatives surviving to wit
          Two brothers and one sister (viz) Mary M. Earley (nee
          Breeden) a sister W.L. Breeden and H.S. Breeden brothers
          and that the said John J. Breeden made a Will
          And the said H.S. Breeden further swears that he will
          well and truly administer according to law all and
          singular the goods, chattels rights and credits of the said
          John J. Breeden, deceased pay the debts in which the
          decedent stood bound so far as the assets will extend
          and the law direct, and make a Just true and
          perfect inventory and account of all said goods,
          chattels, rights and credits and of his administration
          thereof when thereunto required
          Sworn to and subscribed before   }       H.S. Breeden
          me this 13 day of May AD 1895    }

          To all whom these presents shall come = Greeting
            Whereas John J. Breeden deceased late of this
          County died testate having while he lived and at
          the time of his death divers goods, chattels and
          credits, within the County aforesaid by means where-
          of the full disposition and power of granting the
          administration of all and singular the goods chattels
          and credits of the said deceased and also a final
          dismission from the same to the County Judge aforesaid
          does of right belong Now Know Ye That I
          H.G. Mason County Judge for the County afore-
          said desiring that the goods chattels and credits
          of the said deceased may be well and truly ad-
          ministered and legally disposed of do hereby grant
          unto H.S. Breeden Administrator with the Will
          annexed full power and authority to administer
