Will of Emma Moore
Be it remembered that I Emma Moore of the City
of Philadelphia, widow, being of sound mind, mem-
ory and understanding, do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament, as follows, hereby revok-
ing and making void all former wills by me at
any time heretofore made
First I direct all my just debts and funeral ex
enses to be fully paid and satisfied by my execu-
tor and Executrix as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease
Secondly = I give and bequeath to my sister
Elizbeth A. Tolan all my wearing apparrel
Thirdly = I give, devise and bequeath all my
lands, tenements and hereditaments, and all my real
estate of every kind soever with the appurtenances
whatsoever, situated in Alachua County in the State
of Florida to my son Clarence Moore, his heirs and
assigns forever
Fourth = Whereas I am seized and possessed of
certain other personal property goods and chattels of
various kinds and certain Real Estate, Lands, Tenements
and hereditaments, situate in various places. And
Whereas I shall probably recieve or be entitled at the
death of My mother to a certain share of certain
other property in which she holds only the life es-
-tate and I in common with others have the re
mainder, and to certain other property of which
my mother now owns the whole title. I do direct
that all the residue and remainder of my estate
real and personal and mixed including all
that hereinabove refered to in this section of
my Will shall be converted into cash by my Ex-
ecutor and Executrix or the survivor of them as soon
conveniently may be after my decease, and for
the purpose I hereby authorize and empower my
Executor and Executrix hereinafter named and the
survivor of them to sell and dispose of all or
any part of the same at public or private sale
or sales for such price or prices and upon such
terms and conditions as may to them or the sur-
vivor of them may seem good -- And to grant
and convey the same to the purchasser or purchasers
