thereof in fee, his her or their heirs and assigns free
from all liability for or on account of the application
non-application or mis-application of the purchase money
and the net proceeds of the said rest and residue of
my estate I give and bequeath to my three sons George
Clarence and Edward share and share alike
  And Lastly= I do hereby appoint and constitute
my son Clarence Moore at present a resident of Mel-
rose County of Alachua State of Florida Executor
and Mrs Kate Geisler of Philadelphia Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament
         In witness whereof I Emma Moore the Testa-
         have to this my Will set my hand and seal
         this Twenty eighth day of March AD one
         Thousand eight hundred and ninety 1890

Signed sealed published and declared by the above
named Emma Moore as and for her last Will
and Testament in the presence of us who have here-
unto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses
thereto, in the presence of said Testator and of each

Then personally appeared Ella Guyer and Albert S. Cooper
the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last Will and Tes
of Emma Moore deceased and on their solemn affirmation
did say that they were present and did see and hear Emma
Moore deceased the Testator therein named sign seal and pub-
lish and declare the same as and for her last Will and
Testament and that at the closing thereof she was of sound
disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of
their knowledge and belief             Albert S. Cooper
