Last Will and Testament of Annie L. Barton
In the name of God, Amen
I Mrs Annie L. Barton the
lawful wife of D. Warren L. Barton of the City of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida, of the age of twenty one years and upwards
being of sound mind and memory, being cognizant
of the uncertainty of life and Knowing that death
is inevitable, do therefore make, ordain, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament here-
by revoking each, every and all of the Wills by
by me heretofore made, hereby making publishing
declaring, giving, devising and bequeathing as follows

my personal and lawful debts and obligations the

the State of Florida or elsewhere, I give, devise and be-

To my beloved husband D. Warren L. Barton one quarter
(1/4) of all my earthly possessions, after payment of
debts aforesaid, and the remaining three quarters 3/4
I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved children
Agnes A. Barton, Robert H.L. Barton and Julia E. Barton
Share and share alike, each to have and to hold
his and her one quarter (1/4) forever
With reference to the time of the division of the prop-
erty, herein devised and bequeathed, I desire and it is
my Will that such division shall not be made until
the youngest Child of my said Children is twenty one
years (21) of age, provided however, that in case either
of my said Children shall at an earlier date engage
in business, and need financial aid and assistance
such an one shall be at liberty to take of his or
her share portion such amount as may be deemed by
my Executor advisable, such child paying to said Ex-
ecutor a dividend of and at the rate of four 4 per-
cent per annum payable annually, the said dividend
so paid to become a part and factor of my estate
and so much as is so advanced to be deducted
