Annie L. Barton
from his or her portion of my said estate
  It is my desire and I do so will that in case of either
of my said children shall die before the youngest child
becomes (twenty one years) of age, that the living of my
said hiers shall take such interest bequeathed to such
deceased heir, share and share alike provided such de-
ceased child dies without issue to take such portion
  I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said
husband D. Warren L. Barton to be the Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament conferring upon him full
power and authority to act as such without requirement
of an Official bond or other security as such Executor
And I do hereby confer upon him full power
and authority to manage and controll my estate
until its division as hereinbefore provided for authorize-
ing him my said husband and Executor to make
such advances to my said children as in his Judge-
ment thier circumstances may require in view of
the terms and conditions before mentioned herein

AD eight hundred and ninety three, personally ap-
peared before me a Notary Public in and for said
County Mrs Annie L. Barton the testatrix in the fore-
going Will by her subscribed who acknowledged that
she makes the foregoing Will freely and voluntarily
and that the execution thereof is her free act and deed
And I do further certify that the subscribing witnesses
were present and saw the testatrix subscribe thereto &
that this Will comprises four pages
