Codocil                     Whereas I Mrs. Annie L. Barton
          the within named Testatrix, do hereby make
          and publish this my Codocil to my last Will
          and Testament, bearing date the 17 day of May
          A.D. 1893, in manner and form following
             It is my will and I desire, and I do so
                so 
          hereby^direct, that my Executor shall reserve &
          take yearly from my estate or proceeds of my
          estate, sufficient funds and property, as my Ex-
          ecutor in his good judgement shall deem neces-
          sary to support, maintain and educate my two
          nephews Barton Hill and Frederick Hill now
          residing with me in Gainesville Alachua County
          Florida, until they shall become of age capa-
          ble of taking care of            and supporting
          themselves The amount used in thier support shall
          be taken from my Estate before the final settle-
          ment same
             And I do hereby ratify and confirm my
          said Will in everything except where the same
          is hereby revoked and altered as aforesaid
             In witness whereof I have hereunto set
          my hand and seal this fourteenth day of July
          A.D. eighteen hundred and ninety four
