Proof   appeared Viola Palmer who being duly sworn deposes
        and says that she saw Annie L. Barton sign and
        seal the foregoing paper writing as and for her Last
        Will and Testament, and that she together with Sallie
        E. Bennett signed the same as subscribing witnesses in the
        presence and at the request of the Testatrix, and in the
        presence of of each other           =   Viola Palmer

        Haile who being duly sworn says that he was present
        and saw the said Annie L. Barton sign and seal the
        paper writing as and for a Codicil to the foregoing Will
        and that he together with M.F. Voyle signed the same
        as subscribing witnesses in the presence and at the
        request of the testatrix, and in the presence of each other

Order                      Upon reading and considering the fore-
        going petition and being advised in the premises, and upon
        an examination of the paper writing herewith exhibited &
        it appearing that the facts set forth in the said petition
        are true. It is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed
        that said paper writing be and the same is hereby allow-
        ed and approved as the last Will and Testament of said
        Annie L. Barton, and admitted to record And it is
        further ordered that Letters Testamentary do issue to the
        said D.W.L. Barton as Executor of said Estate Will in
        accordance with the terms of said Will and the pro-
        visions of law
