        Alachua County   }         County Florida, Sitting as a
Petiton                           Court of probate
         To the Hon H.G. Mason County Judge in and for said
        County = The petition of Fred D. Cook respectfully repre-
        sents that he is a resident of Alachua County, State
        of Florida = That on the 25 day of May AD 1895
        Louisa M.E. Cook of Grove Park in said County of Ala-
        chua departed this life at her home leaving a last
        Will and Testament duly signed and attested, as your
        petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor
        for probate ===  That said Testatrix in said Will nom-
        inated Frank E. Pomeroy of Carmi Illinois as Executor
        thereof: That said testatrix left property and effects de-
        vised by said Will of the value of five Thousand
        Dollars That said deceased left her surviving Mary Cath-
        arine Cook Rosa May Cook Fred D. Cook Theodore
        Augustus Cook and William E. Cook her only heirs at
        law, your petitioner presents herewith said Will and
        prays that the same may be duly allowed and ad-
        mitted to probate, as and for the last Will and Testament
        of said deceased and that letters testamentary be issued
        to the said Frank E. Pomeroy therein named as Executor
        after proper hearing and proof, and that all other or-
        ders necessary may be made

Order              Upon reading and considering the
        foregoing petition and being advised in the premises,
        and it appearing further that the proper writing herewith
        exhibited is duly and properly executed and attested in
        accordance with the requirements of the Laws of this State
        and that no objection has been filed thereto. It is ord
        ered thereupon upon consideration, ordered and adjudged
        that the said paper-writing be and the same is hereby
        allowed and approved as and for the Last Will and
        Testament of the said Louisa M.E. Cook deceased and
        admitted to probate and Record, in the public Rec-
        ords of said County & State
           Done and ordered this 21 day of June AD 1895
