Will of Louisa M. E. Cook
Be it known that I, Louisa M.E. Cook do make
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all other Wills heretofore by me made
First - It is my Will all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid from my estate
Second - I give, devise and bequeath to my brother William
E. Cook One hundred dollars. To the four children of
the aforesaid William E. Cook, I give devise and be-
queath -one hundred dollars each as follows to wit
To Edgar W. Cookone hundred dollars To Edna Purl
Cook one hundred dollars To David Land Cook, one
hundred dollars To Freddie Cook one hundred dollars
This legacy to each of my brothers children to be in-
vested by my Executor, and to accumulate all interest
and proffits thereon, to be added thereto, until each
of said children shall become of age respectively
When they are to recieve one hundred dollars, with
their share of all proffits that have accrued thereon
up to that time - All the rest, residue and remainder
in equal shares to my other brothers and sisters to wit
Rosa May Cook, Mary Catharine Cook Fred Dave
Cook and Theodore Augustus Cook.
If I survive my brother William E. Cook, then
my will is that the one hundred dollars given to him
in this Will be equally divided between my brothers
and sisters whom I have made my residuary legatees
I do hereby constitute and appoint Frank E. Pomeroy
of Carmi, Illinois, my Executor== In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 1st
day of May AD 1895
