appeared Mary Catharine Cook, who being duly sworn
deposes and says that she saw Louisa M.E. Cook sign and
seal the foregoing paper-writing as and for her last Will
and Testament, and she together with Rosa May Cook and
J.D. Bell, signed the same as subscribing witnesses in the
presence and at the request of the testatrix and in the
