Now comes your applicant and petitioner, Annie
P. McElvin and showeth unto your honor that Charles
Perkins who departed this life on or about the 1st day
of August A.D. 1895, in said County & State, made and
left his last Will and Testament, the same being dated
on the 15" day of June A.D. 1895 = That the same is
hereto attached and made a part of these presents and
prayed to be refered in the premises as may be necess-
ary and proper that your applicant and petitioner the
said Annie P. McElvin is the duly and legally qual
appointed Executrix of said Will and Testament as
upon its face appeared, That said Will was left in
the care and charge of one William Wyly and has since
and until now been in his charge & care And the said

William Wyley makes^oath that he verily believes the
writing exhibited as the Last Will & Testament to be
the true Last Will & Testament of the said deceased
and that he the said William Wyly has no interest
in the same and he said William Wiley is a credible person
and the proper party to make said oath inasmuch as the
said Executrix has an interest in said Estate bequeathed
in said Will and Testament Which Affidavit is hereto
attached and made a part of these presents and prayed
to be refered to as may seem and be necessary, Whereupon
your applicant and petitioner applies and prays that
said Will and Testament be Recorded by said Court &
as such admitted to probate therein and thereby, and Letters
Testamentary be granted unto said Executrix the said
Annie P. McElvin and that she be the duly and legally
appointed, constituted and qualified Executrix thereof in
all things as the law directs, provides & permits And your
applicant & petitioner further applies & prays that such
other and further proceedings and steps may be taken
from time to time in all things herein as may be &
seem proper just and necessary for the execution &
fully carrying into effect the intentions & provisions of
of said Will & Testament in all things as the law
directs, provides and permits in the premises and
