          as such in duty bound your petitioner will every pray &c

Witness                     I William Wiley being a credible
          person and having no interest in same under the
          Will, do depose and say That I verily believe the
          writing Exhibited as the Last Will and Testament of
          the deceased Charles Perkins to be the true Last Will
          and Testament of the deceased the said Charles Perkins
          and I make the foregoing Affidavit as it appears that
          the Executrix thereof has an interest in the estate be-
          queathed and as said Will and Testament was de-
          livered to me by the said Charles Perkins before his
          death and has been in my charge and care ever since
           [William Wiley]
                   Sworn to and subscribed before me this

          County of Alachua    }
                               Know all men by these presents that
          Charles Perkins of said County of Alachua and State of
          Florida being of ill health and desirous of settling up
          my affairs before parting this life, do by these presents
          make this my Last Will and Testament and do hereby
          Will, devise, give and grant and bequeath all of my
          property both Real and personal, of every Kind nature
          description, whatsoever, absolute in fee simple together with
          all the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging
          unto my Dear beloved son George Perkins and my
          dear beloved daughter Mrs. Annie P. McElvin to have &
          to hold equally unto the said George Perkins and Mrs.
          Annie P. McElvin thier heirs and assigns forever in
          fee simple, conditioned however that all of my Just and
          legal debts that may be established against me and my
          estate shall be first paid together with all necessary
          and legal expenses of executing these presents before
          there shall be any division of my said Estate between
