Charles Perkins

the said parties George Perkins and Mrs. Annie P. McElvin
but after the paying of such debts and expenses, then
my said estate to be divided equally between them as here-
in before mentioned and set forth and I do hereby appoint
and constitute the said Mrs. Annie P. McElvin as the Ex-
ecutrix of these presents
         In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and
         seal in the City of Gainesville Alachua County
         Florida on this the 15 day of June 1895 A.D.

The above styled instrument was signed by Charles
Perkins testator thereof in the presents of each of us and
was at the same time declared by him to be his last
Will and Testament and at his request we signed our
names thereto as attesting witnesses in the presence of the

                   Before me H.G. Mason County Judge
in and for said County personally appeared William Wiley
who being duly sworn says that he was personally present
as a subscribing and attesting witness with Charles Haile
W. Allen Haile & Stephen Doby who were also present as
subscribing and attesting Witnesses and saw the said
Charles Perkins subscribe his name to the instrument
of writing hereto annexed as and for this last Will and
Testament and that the said Charles Perkins did then
and there in then and there in the presence of said sub-
scribing witnesses publish and declare the same to be
his Last Will and Testament, That the subscribing
witnesses did then and there at the special request of
of said Charles Perkins and in his presence and
in the presence of each other subscribe their names
thereto as attesting witnesses and the said William
