  In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Charles
Perkins Deceased Late of Gainesville Florida
       The said Last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of William Wiley
a subscribing witness thereto as being the true Last
Will and Testament of the said Charles Perkins and
no objection being made thereto to the probate thereof
And it appearing to the County Judge of said County
by due proof that the said Charles Perkins died on
the 4" day of August AD 1895 It is therefore, or-
dered, adjudged and decreed that the said Last

Will and Testament bearing date June 15^1895
and attested by Charles Haile, W. Allen Haile, William
Wiley and Stephen Doby as subscribing Witnesses
thereto be and the same is hereby admitted to pro-
bate according to law as and for the true Last Will
and Testament of said Charles Perkins deceased and
that the same, with the proof thereof be duly recorded
in the Book of Wills
