Will
I, James D. McFadden, of the County of Marion,
State of Florida, being aware of the uncertainty of life
and in failing health, but of sound mind and memory
Do make and declare this to be my last Will and Tes-
tament
I will and bequeath all my property, both real
and personal, wherever the same may be to my wife
Malinda A. McFadden, and daghter Ella McFadden
to share and share alike
I appoint my wife Malinda A. McFadden the
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
My Will is that my said wife shall not be required
to give any bonds or security to the judge of probate
execution
for the faithful performance of the duties of Executrix
In witness whereof I James D. McFadden to this
my last Will and Testament have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 15" day of August (AD 1882)

request and in his presence and in the presence

Before the subscriber personally app-
eared E.P. Thaggard who being duly sworn deposes and says
that he was present and saw J.D. McFadden sign and seal the
foregoing paper-writing as and for his last Will and Testament
and that he together with A.R. Agnew & Andrew A. Agnew signed
the same as subscribing witnesses thereto in the presence and at
the request of the Testator and in the presence of each other
