Alachua County   } Petition
                  To the honorable H.G. Mason County Judge
in and for said Alachua County Florida; Now comes your
petitioner, at present Mrs Minerva A. McQueen, formerly Mrs
Minerva A. Wright, and showeth unto your honor that she
was the lawful wife of R.E. Wright deceased who departed
this life on or about the month of August AD 1890 and
as such is the widow of said deceased R.E. Wright usually dwelt
next before his death in said County and State and was
possessed and the owner of certain real and personal
property, to wit the SE/4 of the /4 of sec 22 Township 9
range 17, & the SW/4 of the SW/4 of sec 23 Township 9
range 17 & the NW/4 of the NE/4 of sec 27 Township 9
range 17 east in said County and State containing by
estimation 160 acres, Also certain personal property con-
sisting of horses, cattle, hogs, wagon or wagons, household
and Kitchen furniture, the exact number or amount
not Known to your petitioner; that She has been and
is in possession of said premises and property since the death
of her said deceased husband, and is the duly and legally
appointed administratrix of said estate That the heirs or
representatives of said estate have failed to petition the Court
to set aside her dower as the law directs and permits Thereupon
your petitioner prays that Commissioners be appointed, qualified
and directed as the Law provides and directs to take into Con-
sideration said Estate and to proportion and divide the same
and set aside your petitioners dower thereof and to do and
perform all others acts and duties as the law directs and
provides, and that such other and further proceedings and
steps may be had and taken by this Court that may
be and seem necessary, right and proper in the premises
to grant and give unto your petitioner all of her rights &
privileges in all things as the law provides and directs in the
               such
premises, And as^is duty bound will ever pray &c
