To all whom it may concern - Notice is hereby given
that the foregoing petition for Dower, will on the 9" day of
Sept AD 1895, or as soon thereafter as petition can be heard
be heard, be presented to Hon H.G. Mason County Judge of
Alachua County Florida and he be requested to act thereupon
in the premises

Order On this the 9" day of September AD
1895 the within named and entitled petition came on to
be heard and after the Court being advised in the prem-
ises, and on consideration, and the Court having been stipulated
to
that the said petition in all things has been according^and
in compliance with Law, Whereupon it is ordered, adjudged
and Decreed by this Court, that said petition in all things
be granted and that a Writ do issue to the Sheriff of said
County Commanding him to summon five discreet free-
holders as Commissioners, not connected with the within parties
by Consanguinity nor afinity and entirely disinterested to do
and perform the duties as made out and provided by law
in such cases and as may be proper and right in the prem-
ises and as prayed for in said petition

You are hereby ordered and authorized to summon
five discreet freeholders as Commissioners, connected
with the parties, neither by consanguinity nor afinity
and entirely disinterested, who upon oath, which you
are hereby authorized to administer, shall allot &
set off by metes and bounds to Minerva A. Mc
Queen, the widow of R.E. Wright deceased of said
County, one third part according to quantity and
quality, of all lands, Tenements and heredita-
ments, and at the same time put the said widow
in possession of same the said Commissioners shall
at the same time allot and set off to said
widow her portion of the personal estate which her
husband the said R.E. Wright died possessed
