The Last Will and Testament of
Robert Garvin
In the Name of God the Benevolent Father of all
I Robert Garvin of the City
of Terre Haut in Vigo County Indiana being of
sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby
make and publish this my last my last Will and
Testament, that is to say
1st At my death I desire that my body shall
be buried in a manner suitable and becoming to
my condition in life and as my family may
desire and direct
2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts
shall be paid out of the first moneys coming
into the hands of my Administratrix hereinafter
named, in such manner as to her may seem best
3rd After the payment of all my just debts as
aforesaid, I hereby desire and bequeath to my be-
loved wife, Julia Ann Garvin, all the residue of
my estate, both real and personal of what
soever kind and character and wheresoever
situate, to be held by her for her own,
