separate use for and during her natural life
Will fully empowering her to collect and receive all
moneys due my said Estate and to use the said
moneys and the personal property of my said estate
as to her may seem best and may be necessary
for the support and maintenance of herself and
our minor children hereinafter named
4th I further desire and direct that out of the
rents and proffits of my real estate, and out of
the principal and interest of my personal estate so
far as the same may be needed for that purpose
my said beloved wife shall pay all taxes upon
my said estate, Keep the Real Estate in good re-
pair, and properly insured, and support and ed-
ucate our minor children, in a careful and
economical manner, becoming to her means and
condition in life
5" At the death of my beloved wife
I desire and direct that my real Estate and
the residue of my personal Estate shall be di-
vided equally between my beloved children,
Sarah Cornelia Isbell, Kate M. Garvin and
William H. Garvin, subject however to the provis-
ions of the next clause herein
6" I further desire and direct that in
case my beloved wife shall die before my
beloved son William shall have attained the
age of twenty one years, then that my said son
for his better support and education shall have
the additional sum of One hundred dollars each
and every year until he shall have attained
the full age of twenty one years
7" I further desire and direct that
in case my said beloved wife should choose
to take that part of my estate as allowed her
by law, instead of the provisions of this my last
Will and Testament, or from that or any other
cause it should become necessary to divide my
estate before the death of my said beloved wife
then and in that event I desire to make the same
additional provisions of one hundred dollars per
year for my said son William for his support
and Education as is set forth in the preceeding
clause hereof
