Will    8" I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved
        Wife Julia Ann Garvin as Executrix of this my
        last Will and Testament and request that she be
        not required to give any bond or security for the
        performance of her said trust only requesting that
        she advise and consult with our beloved friend
        Wm McCoskey and such other friends as to her
        may seem best in all matters of financial business
        relating to my said Estate

                 Codocil to the Annexed Will

Codocil I Robert Garvin make the following additional
        provisions and Codocil to the Annexed will as follows
        to wit__ __ __Since the making of my said Will
        my beloved daughter Sarah Cornelia Isbell has
        departed this life, and my beloved daughter 
        Kate M. has intermarried with John Stevenson her
        husband. I therefor will and direct that my
        beloved son William H. Garvin shall have the
        lands I now own in Alachua County in the
        State of Florida, And I further desire and direct
        that after the payment of my just debts, all
        my real and personal property estate, other than
        the said lands in Florida, shall be equally de-
        vided between my said two beloved children
        Kate M. Stevenson and William H. Garvin, and
        other changes in my said Will I desire not
