Affidavit Judge in and for said County, personally came N.
          G. Buff, who being duly sworn, deposes and says that
          he was present and saw the said Robert Garvin sign
          and seal the foregoing paper writing as and for his
          Last Will and Testament, and that he together with
          W.B. Steele signed the same as subscribing witnesses
          thereto, in the presence and at the request of the said
          Testator, and in the presence of each other: And
          that he was also present and saw the said Robert
          Garvin sign the foregoing Codocil to the said Will
          and that he together with G.W. Buff signed the same
          as subscribing witnesses thereto in the presence and
          at the request of the said Testator and in the pres-
