Henry Magee and Joanna Magee

Will             In the name of God, Amen
        Whereas,
              We Henry Magee of Alachua County Flor-
        -ida, being of sound mind and disposing memory
        over the age of twenty-one years, and mindful
        of the uncertainty of human life, And, whereas
        we are desirous of providing for, and fostering the
        interest of the survivor in case of the death of
        either of us, Therefore, we and each of us hereby
        publish and declare this to be our joint Last
        Will and Testament.
        1st We hereby Will and devise that upon the
        death of either of us, that the survivor shall
        inherit all property, whether in lands, money
        or effects, whatsoever or both of us may
        hold separately or jointly.
           We further Will that the survivor shall be &
        is hereby appointed Executor to carry out the
        provisions of this Instrument, with full and com
        plete power to act without the intervention of any
        Court.    In Witness whereof, we have hereunto
                  set our hands in the presence of witnesses
                  and in the presence of each other

Witness The said Henry Magee and Joanna Magee in
        Gainesville Florida, on said 19" day of January (AD)
        1888 signed and sealed this instrument, and pub-
        lished and declared the same to be their joint Last
        will and Testament. And we at thier request, and
        in thier presence and in the presence of each other
        have hereto written our names as subscribing wit-
