To all to whom these presents may come, or who may be
effected thereby
A.
I Adam Robinson having my residence in
Manitee County Florida and being of sound mind
and memory, on this twentieth day of December Eight-
teen hundred and eighty eight - do make this my
and making void
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking^all
other a former Will made by me
After pay of any debts or debt I may owe at
the time of my death, together with funeral expenses
I desire three hundred dollars with interest on the
same, from the first day of June Eighteen hundred and
sixty nine at the rate of seven per cent to be paid
over to my brother William K. Robinson - if still in
life = and if dead then to his lawful heir
I desire that my beloved wife Lucie B. Robinson
shall have and receive all the income of and
from my estate arising in any manner - except the
reasonable expense of preserving said estate and carrying
into Execution this Will during the term of her natural
life
I desire that the homestead in Manatee Village and
premises together with all household furniture remain
in her possession while she lives and chooses to
occupy them
Except as before excepted I desire all my es-
tate- real and personal of every kind and in the name
of property shall ne held by and go unto the possession
of my Executor hereinafter named
The said Real Estate Consists of about ten acres
more or less (except about one half acre in the
South east corner towards the gate - north the distance
of one half acre and back West the length of one
acre- all under the same enclosure- and being a part
of section 25 in township 34 south Range 17 east
Also 40 acres being the NE1/4 of section 36 Township
24 South Range 17 East less one acre in the North
west corner of said ground conveyed to Sally McDuffie
also a seven tenth undivided interest in One Thousand
acres of land more or less conveyed to me by
Phillip Dell - deceased and lying in Allachua County
Florida and being so much of the East half of
